# The Hirwaun Generating Station Order 2015, Paragraph 23

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker will indemnify WPD and keep them indemnified in respect of any losses, costs, claims or liabilities arising out of, or as a consequence of anything done under this Part of this Schedule.
