# Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2011, Section 17: Application for scheduled monument consent: inquiries and hearings


In paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 1 to the 1979 Act (control of works affecting scheduled monuments), for “shall” substitute “ may ”.
