  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2011.\n(2) The provisions of this Act, except sections 31, 32 and this section, come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.\n(3) Different days may be appointed under subsection (2) for different purposes.",
