  "text": "(1) The provisions of section 55 of the 1979 Act continue to have effect as they did immediately before 1st October 2015 in respect of—\n(a) a decision of the Scottish Ministers (whether before, on or after that date) on an application for scheduled monument consent made before that date; and\n(b) a direction given by the Scottish Ministers under section 4 of the 1979 Act before that date.",
