  "text": "(1) The Disclosure (Persons engaged in the Investigation and Reporting of Crime or Sudden Deaths) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In the Schedule—\n(a) omit “Historic Scotland”; and\n(b) after “Health and Safety Executive” insert “Historic Environment Scotland”.",
