Coming into force 1st October 2015
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 and section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
