# The Historic Environment Scotland (First Planning Period) Order 2015, Article 2: Specification of planning period for Historic Environment Scotland’s first corporate plan


The period beginning on 1st April 2016 and ending on 31st March 2019 is the first period specified for the purposes of section 9(7)(a) of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (specification of “planning period” for the purposes of Historic Environment Scotland’s corporate plan).
