# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 128


In section 52(1)—
(a) in the words before paragraph (a)—
(i) for “, county borough,” substitute “in England,”;
(ii) after “joint planning board for an area” insert “in England”;
(b) in paragraph (a), after “building” insert “situated wholly or mainly in England”.
