# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 136


In section 66, after subsection (4) insert—
“(5) In this section, “listed building includes a listed building (within the meaning given by section 76 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023) situated in Wales.”
