In section 77—
(a) in subsection (1), omit “situated in England”;
(b) omit subsection (2);
(c) in subsection (3), omit “or (2)”;
(d) in subsection (4), omit “or, as the case may be, the Secretary of State”;
(e) omit subsection (6).
