# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 17


In section 33D(4)(d) of the Land Compensation Act 1973, after “section 48 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” insert “or section 138 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
