# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 172


In section 60C(8), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “land”, after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “or the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
