# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 173


In section 61(9), in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of “land”, after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “or the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
