# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 194


In section 5(8) of the Housing and Planning Act 2016, in the new section 70(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca) section 160 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;”.
