# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 55


In section 105ZA(1), in paragraph (g) of the definition of “sensitive area”, after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “or the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
