(a)

after “section 47 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” insert “or section 137 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”;

(b)

after “section 50 of that Act of 1990” insert “or section 140 of that Act of 2023”.
