# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 8


In section 6(4)(b) of the Land Powers (Defence) Act 1958, after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “or section 3 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
