# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 88


In section 303ZA(5)(b), which is inserted by section 200 of the Planning Act 2008 (c. 29), after “the Welsh Ministers” insert “in relation to appeals under any provision made by or under this Act as it applies”.
