# Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 94


In section 1—
(a) in subsection (1), after “buildings of special architectural or historic interest” insert “in England”;
(b) omit subsection (2);
(c) in subsection (4), omit “in relation to buildings which are situated in England”;
(d) omit subsection (4A);
(e) in subsection (5A), omit “situated in England”.
