  "text": "(1) This section applies where a notice or other document is required or authorised under or by virtue of Part 3, Part 4 or this Part to be served on the Crown.\n(2) The document must be served on the appropriate Crown authority.\n(3) Sections 205 and 206 (general provisions about methods of service) do not apply to the service of the document.",
