  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make it an offence, subject to various exceptions,\nto sell or supply an HIV testing kit or component to a member of the public (regulation 2)\nto sell or supply an HIV testing kit without an accompanying warning notice (regulation 3)\nto provide HIV testing services which are not directed by a registered medical practitioner (regulation 4).\nIn addition, regulation 5 places restrictions on advertisements for such kits, components and services.",
