  "text": "(1) The title of this Order is the Holyhead Harbour Revision Order 2023 and it comes into force on 14 August 2023.\n(2) The Holyhead Harbour provisions of the 1959 Act and this Order may be cited together as the Holyhead Harbour Act and Order 1959 to 2023.",
