"long_title": "These Regulations amend the Home Energy Efficiency Grants Regulations 1992, which provide in particular for the making of grants for the improvement of energy efficiency in dwellings occupied by persons of low income. These Regulations substitute a new regulation 9 (calculation of the size of grant). The maximum amounts of the grants payable in respect of works at such dwellings are increased. Contributions from applicants for grants are no longer specified. The former regulation 9 continues to govern cases where grant was applied for before 9th December 1993.",
