# The Home Energy Efficiency Grants (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 3: Transitional and savings


In any case where an application under regulation 4 (application for a grant) of the principal Regulations was made in respect of any work before 9th December 1993, regulation 9 of those Regulations shall continue to apply for the determination of the amount of grant as if regulation 2 of these Regulations had not been made.
