# The Home Energy Efficiency Grants (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 11: Application


Any amendment made by these Regulations shall not have effect in a case where an application has been made under regulation 4 of the Home Energy Efficiency Grants Regulations 1992 (application for a grant to administering agency) before the amendment comes into force.
