# The Home Energy Efficiency Grants (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 7: Procedure after applying to agency


In regulation 8(2) (procedure after applying to administering agency) for “Except in a case where the applicant proposes to carry out the works himself” substitute “Except in a case where the applicant proposes that someone who is not an eligible contractor will carry out or arrange to carry out the works”.
