# The Home Energy Efficiency Grants Regulations 1990, Regulation 4: Application for a grant


(1) An application for a grant shall be made to the administering agency for the area, save that where the applicant intends that the works are to be undertaken by the network installer for the locality the application shall be made to that network installer.
(2) An application shall be in writing, signed by the applicant and in such form, subject to regulation 5, as is laid down by the administering agency.
