Regulation 5 Application for a grant

any necessary permission for the works has been obtained;

reasonable access to the dwelling in respect of which the application is made will be given to a representative of the administering agency to inspect the dwelling and the works;

no payment in respect of the works which are the subject of the application is being applied for or has been made under the Homes Insulation Act 1978^f1 or section 521 of the Housing Act 1985^f2 or section 252 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987^f3 or Part VIII of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.^f4
