# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 15th February 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to England only.
