  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1280, as amended) in regulation 4(1)(e) so as to raise the threshold of the relevant income for the purposes of the eligibility to apply for a grant for the improvement of energy efficiency in their dwellings of persons in receipt of child tax credit or working tax credit which includes a disability element from £14,200 to £14,600.",
