# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 13th April 2011.
(2) These Regulations apply to England only.
