# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the principal Regulations” means the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) Regulations 2005; and
“works application” has the same meaning as in the principal Regulations.
