# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 12th September 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply to England only.
