# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme Regulations 1997, Paragraph 10: Duties and powers with reference to registered installers


An area agency may, in respect of any future period, allocate to a registered installer an amount which is to be the total sum, or that registered installer’s share of the total sum, available for grants in respect of works to be carried out in the locality during that period pursuant to works applications.
