# The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme Regulations 1997, Paragraph 6: Duties, powers and funding


The Secretary of State may make arrangements, or authorise an area agency to make arrangements, for the agency to receive in any period sums from a third party for the purpose of making grants in that period.
