  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 2nd August 1989\nLaid before Parliament 10th August 1989\nComing into force 1st September 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 2nd day of August 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWHEREAS Her Majesty deems it expedient to amend the Royal Warrant of 21st December 1964, as amended, and the Order of Her Majesty of 22nd December 1964, as amended, concerning pensions and other grants in respect of disablement or death due to service in the Home Guard and to do so by Order in Council in accordance with section 12(1) and (3) of the Social Security (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1977:\nNOW, THEREFORE, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 12(1) and (3) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
