Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Amendment) Regulations 2007.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into force on 14th December 2007.
(3)
In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Home Information Pack (No. 2) Regulations 2007f1.
