# The Home Information Pack (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 4: Amendment relating to access to local authority records for searches


In paragraph 4(a) (access to local authority records) of Schedule 6 (general provision about searches and search reports) to the principal Regulations, for “1st April 2008”, substitute “1st January 2009”.
