# The Home Information Pack (Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations 2008.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st June 2008.
