Regulation 2 Amendment of the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007

The Home Information Pack (No. 2) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended by the substitution, for “1st June 2008”, of “1st January 2009” in the following provisions—

(a)

regulation 10A(1) (leasehold information included during a temporary period)^f2;

(b)

regulation 16(1)(a) (energy information unobtainable before or at the first point of marketing); and

(c)

regulation 34(2)(a) (first day marketing during a temporary period).
