# The Home Information Pack (No. 2) Regulations 2007, Regulation 12: Exclusion of advertising information


(1) Information advertising or marketing goods or services must not be included in the home information pack or a pack document—
(a) by a responsible person;
(b) at his request; or
(c) with his permission.
(2) In paragraph (1), “information advertising or marketing goods or services” does not include information in a document required to be included under regulation 8 (including that regulation as modified by regulation 10).
