Paragraph 13 Connection to mains water supply

Is the property connected to mains water supply?

(a)

Records indicate that the property is connected to mains water supply;

(b)

Records indicate that the property is not connected to mains water supply and water is therefore likely to be provided by virtue of a private supply; or

(c)

This enquiry relates to a plot of land or a recently built property. It is recommended that the water supply proposals are checked with the developer.
