  "text": "(1) What is the current basis for charging for sewerage and water services at the property?\n(2) (a) The charges are based on actual volumes of water measured through a water meter (“metered supply”);\n(b) The charges are based on the rateable value of the property of £ give rateable value and the charge for the current financial year is £ give amount of charge;\n(c) The charges are made on a basis other than rateable value or metered supply.
