Paragraph 3 Public sewer map

Where relevant, please include a copy of an extract from the public sewer map.

(2)

A copy of an extract from the public sewer map is included in which the location of the property is identified;

(a)

A copy of an extract of the public sewer map is included, showing the public sewers, disposal mains and lateral drains in the vicinity of the property; or

(b)

No map is included, as there are no public sewers in the vicinity of the property.
