Article 1 Citation, Commencement and Interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (No.2) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st August 2007.

In this Order —

• “the 2004 Act” means the Housing Act 2004;

• “the Regulations” means the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007^f1; and

• “commencement date” has the same meaning as in regulation 33(1)(a) of the Regulations.
