# The Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st June 2007
The Secretary of State has approved a redress scheme pursuant to section 173 of the Housing Act 2004 and makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of that Act.
