The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of the Housing Act 2004.

## 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st May 2007.

## 2 Revocation of the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007

The Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007 is revoked.
