  "heading": "Enquiries and responses",
  "text": "(1) The search report required by regulation 8(o) must contain—\n(a) the enquiries set out in sub-paragraph (1) of each paragraph of Part 2 of this Schedule; and\n(b) in relation to each such enquiry, a response set out in sub-paragraph (2) of each such paragraph, which must be the appropriate response in respect of the property.\n(2) Where sub-paragraph (2) of each such paragraph includes alternative responses, only one of those responses may be the appropriate response.\n(3) Where the search report is made using a document which reproduces all of the enquiries and responses set out in Part 2 of this Schedule, the person preparing the report must delete or strike out such of those responses as are not appropriate.\n(4) Where a response set out in sub-paragraph (2) of each paragraph of Part 2 of this Schedule—\n(a) includes words highlighted in italics which request the giving of information about specified matters—\n(i) the appropriate response or the search report must include the information to which those matters refer; and\n(ii) where information is so included and the search report is made using a document which reproduces that response, the person preparing the report may delete or strike out the words in italics; and\n(b) refers to an additional document being included, that document must accompany the search report required by regulation 8(o).",
