  "heading": "Required commonhold information",
  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the matters referred to in regulation 8(e)(ii) are—\n(a) the names and addresses of—\n(i) such managing agents as are appointed, or proposed by the commonhold association to manage the commonhold; and\n(ii) such other persons as manage or are likely to manage the commonhold;\n(b) such amendments as are proposed to the following—\n(i) the commonhold community statement; and\n(ii) the regulations or rules described in paragraph 1(1)(b) of this Schedule; and\n(c) a summary of such works as are being undertaken or proposed, affecting the property or the common parts.\n(2) The information required by sub-paragraph (1) is only that which the seller can reasonably be expected to be aware of, taking into account the enquiries that it would be reasonable to make of—\n(a) the unit-holder (unless the seller is the unit-holder); and\n(b) the persons described in paragraph 1(1)(b)(i) to (iii) of this Schedule and their predecessors (if any).",
