  "text": "(1) Information advertising or marketing goods or services must not be included in the home information pack or a pack document—\n(a) by a responsible person;\n(b) at his request; or\n(c) with his permission.\n(2) In paragraph (1), “information advertising or marketing goods or services” does not include information in a document required or authorised to be included under regulations 9 or 10 (including those regulations as modified by regulation 11).",
